Very pretty and colourful Vintage Postcard, not sure exactly where this is!

The postmark is Cardiff and was posted in 1939

Condition: Very Good with slight corners wear: Small black franking mark near upper left corner

    Lovely postcard - who is the artist? I can't quite make out what it says in the lower right-hand corner of the card?

    It is a nice postcard isn't it. I think the artist name is Muller Bendeck, or something like that. There are definitely 2 dots over the u of muller. Does that name sound familiar?

London - Clock Tower and the Houses of Parliament

  London - Clock Tower and Houses of Parliament Posted in 1917 Blurb on the back of the postcard reads: Erected in 1840 on the site of the old Palace of Westminster covering 8 acres, contains 100 staircases, 11 open courts and 1,100 apartments.  Can be seen Saturday 10 to 4.  Victoria Tower is 340 feet high.  Clock Tower 318 feet.  The four clock dials are each 23 feet in diameter.
