The postmark is Cardiff and was posted in 1939

Condition: Very Good with slight corners wear: Small black franking mark near upper left corner

  3. It is a nice postcard isn't it. I think the artist name is Muller Bendeck, or something like that. There are definitely 2 dots over the u of muller. Does that name sound familiar?
