I don't know the exact year but, looking at the clothes worn by the people on the right I would guess at around 1920

It's a fascinating look at the Oxford Rowing Crew - there are a lot of people watching so I would presume it's a rowing competition!

London - Clock Tower and Houses of Parliament Posted in 1917 Blurb on the back of the postcard reads: Erected in 1840 on the site of the old Palace of Westminster covering 8 acres, contains 100 staircases, 11 open courts and 1,100 apartments.
