The words on the front read Brevet L D F Lib. Ed. Meyrignac et Puydebois

I know absolutely nothing about this area, it looks like a peaceful little town with a row of houses on the right and, if you look closely, there is a lady sitting down on the left perhaps reading.

  London - Clock Tower and Houses of Parliament Posted in 1917 Blurb on the back of the postcard reads: Erected in 1840 on the site of the old Palace of Westminster covering 8 acres, contains 100 staircases, 11 open courts and 1,100 apartments.  Can be seen Saturday 10 to 4.  Victoria Tower is 340 feet high.  Clock Tower 318 feet.  The four clock dials are each 23 feet in diameter.
